Wellness Program

This site comes to you from the Marlborough Wellness Program, a community effort combining the work of the Massachusetts Elementary School Principals' Association, the Marlborough Public Schools, and the Tufts University School of Medicine's Department of Public Health and Family Medicine, with support from the Metrowest Community Health Care Foundation.

Here you  may learn about healthy attitudes, diet, and exercise that contribute to healthy living leading to a reduction of obesity in children.

The consortium meets monthly for community workshops. Children are welcome! We have childcare and activities for all ages. Feel free to download and view the notes and PowerPoint presentations from the sessions that have already taken place:
